A SOMEWHAT HUMAN ENVIRONMENT

a somewhat human environment began as a sketch, that became a painting/tapestry, that became this sculpture. its designed to mimic a pinball/plinko style game. you drop the pieces in and they pop and bounce around inside the human shaped vessel.

at the time of creation i was struggling a little with myself and listening to my body’s needs, being new to college and being on my own with a heavy courseload. the sculpture is designed to give you some control of what goes on within the theoretical body and what you let in and out.
